DESCRIPTION
The NM Push Button & Faceplate ICON Push Button Series: Single Gang Faceplate 1-¾” 44mm wide for gang box installation or surface mounting application.

This Series of push switches are heavy duty push buttons, designed with 15 Amp SPDT Switch configurations meet the stringent demands of exit controls. The Durable ICON designs bring a new standard to performance in exit controls supporting ADA requirements and a new level in ease of view not found on any other manufactured exit control available in today’s market. The NM compact switch design allow a very shallow depth in protrusion into mounting preparation even including the prewired 15 Amp @ 125 VAC switch. Two (2) Torx tamper proof security screws are supplied with every unit bringing an added finish to the security features. This design and construction are ideal for applications where high visibility of function is specified by Code.

ETI Key ICON Push Button NM Series, Performance by design can be supplied in numerous, Button Colors and ICON configurations for real world security control pertaining to any facilities specifications.

APPLICATION
The NM Push Button & Faceplate ICON Push Button Series: Push Switches are designed for high traffic areas, such as school, hospital, commercial and store entrances and exits. They can be mounted in Standard Single Gang box or Surface applications. In addition the NM Series Push Button switches are designed to control electric locks, electromagnetic locks, electric strikes, automatic doors and handicap operators. They may also be used for request to exit, bypassing alarms, shunting and timed functions. Switches are designed for high frequency usage, in any environment whether indoor or outdoor applications.

ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS SPECIFICATIONS

Standard NM Push Button & Faceplate

ETI Push Switch Controls to be integrated throughout the location or facility are exclusive to ETI Products. The Push
Switches shall be used for all Narrow Style or Surface mount applications.

The Button shall be designed to be activated with a 1-5/8” in diameter Mushroom Button. Design will encompass an embossed button face or faceplate ICON identifier with ADA & Egress color(s) for ease of identification by user. The switch control assemble will have heavy duty 15 Amp SPDT switch function for high frequency usage.

The heavy duty flush mount, oversized, aircraft grade
aluminum faceplate will comply with
BHMA finish standards and incorporate fully rounded corners for safety.

The switch used shall be a UL approved type, rated for 15 Amps @ 125VAC and will be supplied with color coded leads.

The push switch assemble shall be
supplied with stainless steel Torx
mounting screws.

Overall design will display and function with collective features of durability, safety, anti-tamper and anti-vandal properties.
